1. How do we send our inventory to your fulfillment center?
Please address your shipments or have your suppliers address your shipments to RMG Fulfillment, 315 Peck Street Suite H8 , New Haven , CT 06513 and please make sure that a detailed packing list is enclosed. You can ship merchandise packed as individual boxes, as pallets, as international shipping containers or as truckloads. We will do a careful receiving inspection and item count and will send you a receiving report by fax or email. As soon as we enter your stock, we can start shipping your orders. 2. How do we get our orders to your fulfillment center?
If you are processing orders yourself, email orders to us in an Excel spreadsheet to our specifications. There are no minimum quantities so you can send us one file per order or all of your orders in one spreadsheet. You may also fax your orders to us.
3.What are your shipping methods and costs?
We provide all of the major UPS, DHL and USPS delivery methods. As a general rule, USPS first class mail is a good solution for packages that weigh from 1 to 13 ounces. From 14 ounces to 2 pounds, USPS priority mail is cost effective and for 2 pounds and over, DHL or UPS ground is the most commonly used delivery carrier.
4.Will you send customer tracking information directly?
We send the tracking information to you via email and, at your option; you can send the tracking information to your customers. (Of course we can send the tracking information directly to your customers if you give us their email addresses.)
5.Do you manage our backorder shipping?
If an order contains an out of stock item, the order is marked as backordered and held until the missing merchandise arrives at our fulfillment center. Backordered items appear as a negative number in our inventory report.
6. Who assigns the SKU numbers?
We use the SKU numbers that you assign provided your numbering system is no more than 10 characters and can be easily differentiated from each other in the pick and pack process.
7.What is your normal order cut-off time?
Typically, all orders are shipped out within one business day of receiving them. For example, if we receive your orders on a Monday, they will get shipped out no later than Tuesday. When we are not as busy, some orders may be shipped out on the same day they are received.
